With a manual gauge it reads 60 PSI, on the dash it reads 47.

Nothing has changed the suspicion that you're chasing low pressure on the wrong tire. Don't care which one the dash says is low, which tire is really low?

The relearn process he said he did in his first post would have addressed that.
That the relearn was successful or wheel positions done in the correct order are huge assumptions based on data to date. It's easy to check all four tire pressures.... Then one would know for certain.

If the truck had the wrong positions of the sensors then the relean would have corrected that. When I rotate tires, my truck figures out the correct positions on its own without a relearn.
