Ive also heard good things about raptor liner, I can first hand say stay away from the rustoleum crap, I put some on an old truck I used to have years ago, as did a few friends, it pretty much washes off like chalk on a driveway.
I’ve been considering respraying mine, I think the used car dealer that I bought my truck from, did a half *** job spraying mine(thin in some areas, more like misted), anyone know if raptor liner can be applied on top of an already sprayed bed? I think whatever they used was a good product, but I can see through it in many areas, they just missed a few spots and didn’t go very thick at all.

You can spray Raptor liner over existing bedliner as long as it isn't peeling or chipping off, be sure to clean it good first. I have also used other bedliners like that come in gallon cans like Herculiner, Rustoleum, and Iron Armor, I wasn't impressed with any of them. Raptor liner is a much better product in my experience.
