Ok so long story short I picked up a 1988 F350 4x4 7.5l cclb dually Centurion for pretty cheap knowing the truck didn't have fire. A few quick checks led me to the computer being the problem, pulled it and opened it up and sure enough its burned up. Now the question is, the sticker on it is basically gone so the only part number I see is on the plastic where the harness plugs in but there are 2 part numbers. How do I know what part number to know what computer I need? Or are these part numbers even what I need? Thanks for any help, its much appriciated!!

These are not part numbers and have nothing to do with the computer. These are ID engineering numbers for the plastic housing only.
There should be a white label glued to the computer with an ID engineering number printed on it. The number will include 12A650 .. This is the basic ID engineering and basic part number for the computer.
If this label is missing, post the Calibration Code, should be printed on a white label that is glued to the left door face below the latch or glued to the B pillar below the striker plate.
Edit: There are 6 possible 1988 F350 460 Calibration Codes. 3 are for M/T, 3 are for A/T (C6).
