Didn’t realize you could order a f350 with 6.2 and get the 10 speed transmission. Why do you think this combo is only available on the 350 and not 250? In the 250 you need to have the 7.3 to get the 10 speed. Just curious. Local dealer has one on its way and I want to try it out.
Why? They need to run out their supply or contract on the F250 G transmission I bet. And/or its a cost saving measure to keep the price down on the 250.

I suspect that the 2020 F350 6.2 10R140 is a replacement for the 2017-19 F350 6.2 6R140.
The MY2017-19 F250 6.2 6R100 combo is still available for MY2020.
Also trying to figure out why the 7.3 is $1705 for the 350 but $2045 for the 250.
Your paying the same either way when you figure the base MSRP of the 350 has the 10 speed figured in (no six speed 350’s). 6 speed is the base transmission in 250 so 10 speed up charge along with 7.3 is figured in the $2045 while 350 is just the 7.3 for $1705.
The 10spd in a 250 is more expensive to help pay for the 10spd.
cheaper for the f350 bc we already give ford $1,000+ for a couple springs?
No, your paying for the 10 speed and 7.3 in 250 as 6 speed is standard. The 10 speed is standard in 350 and included in base MSRP of 350 so your just paying for motor up charge.
