The P0306 could be a failed new plug or the wiring harness connector to the COP might be damaged and not making proper contact. just curious but what brand plugs and COP's did you use?
P0174 could be a result of P0306 as they're both related to Bank 2 or the driver's side of the engine.
Check for vacuum leaks first, you're getting a lean bank 2 code.
Next, check the fuel pressure - should be 28-30 lbs at idle, 38-40 key on, engine not running.
Since you're getting a lean code, AND a misfire code on one cylinder, it only stands to reason that the injector for that cylinder is not flowing enough (or at all). Make sure the injector wiring is good before you go replacing other stuff.
Got a 99 F350 2wd V10 keep getting 2 different codes
P0174
P0306
I've replaced all coil packs & plugs
All EGR stuff
MAF
All O2 sensors
Cleaned throttle body.
Fuel filter .... l
To be clear, were you getting both codes before changing all that stuff?
I would concentrate on #6 - ignition and fuel injection
Use a stethoscope to see if #6 is opening/closing.
If #6 is not clicking, check out the wiring all the way to the PCM.
Try swapping #6 injector with #5 and see if the code moves to #5.
