Bed and tailgate adjustment

Hey guys any way to adjust the clearances between the tailgate and body panels? I noticed some paint starting to rub off of my tailgate from rubbing the side of the light housing and rear body panel.

just over the 12k mark and almost 2 years so I guess I’m out of luck there
