I see this tread is from 2019, I like to explain the trucks photoshopped here. I did them soon years ago. I also did the red 56 Ford flat deck. It is impossible to please everyone, the style of trucks are as diverse as the owners. I’m a former large truck driver, my favourite wheel is the stock Alcoa ten hole. I love all manner of styles from bone stock to stock restoration and even rat rods. When people criticize what others do to their own vehicles bugs me, they are not out to impress YOU in anyway. Let’s enjoy the trucks as built, quality or on a shoe string budget, I love the vision of how and why they built what they did and why. Some people have tons of money and they have it built by a pro shop. The results are amazing, I like the trucks people have done by themselves if it’s using the parts available to them at the time. Guys who use their own vision impress me more, they have a connection to what they envision. I love rubber band tires only for looks, no practicality in my opinion so I don’t buy them but I don’t rag on people who have them .
