Hey guys, googled “OEM led headlights” and these came up under shopping. Has anyone on here tried these? https://www.stage3motorsports.com/88...yABEgJ8rPD_BwE They look very tempting but there are no reviews. Any feedback would be great.
Thanks

My last experience with something similar in a 2014 F250 was a failed experiment. Lights had a cut off point too close to the front of the truck no matter how they were adjusted. And ahead of that cutoff point it was completely black. They absolutely sucked. They sat in my garage in the box for months after I removed them. Nearly $400 lights sat there until I finally sold them for $50 to a guy who was looking for cheap replacement for collision damage. He was happy as heck and I was glad to no longer be moving them and tripping over them in the garage.
You know the old saying. If something seems to good to be true ................
Go to the manufacturers web site and you will see pictures of the light output. Notice that it has a lot of blue light at the top of the cutoff...that will end up causing glare to oncoming traffic. So be ready to be flashed constantly even though they are DOT approved. Makes me wonder if the DOT knows what they are doing allowing lights like that on the road. Thats what I was thinking also about the old saying. I guess I should just stick to my original plan and get OEMs. Thanks for the input guys

Just another Chinese aftermarket headlight assembly and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re from the same company as other aftermarket assemblies
except with a different name and design.

I'd bet there are several lights that are one & the same but branded differently on Amazon & eBay. All cheaply made but not so cheaply priced.

Look at what the dot has let GM get away with. The spill going over the supposed cutoff point of their new truck is just stupid. I had a newer 3/4 ton following me and literally could see the tops of the trees in front of me from his lights and yes they were on dims. Makes me want to go back to running the aircraft landing lights I used to run off road! Cj
