Driver’s Seat more comfortable?

Driver’s Seat more comfortable?
My wife and I have been repeatedly driving a horrible road here in Kansas. Joints every twenty feet or so between concrete rectangles making up the road ensure constant bumping up and down.
Doing this his every day for 2 weeks, we both started to think that maybe, just maybe, the driver’s side seat is less bumpy - more comfortable. Tonight we tested it, switching side to side and driving back and forth on same section. Now I’m sure of it. 100% sure - the driver’s side is definitely more comfortable than the passenger. I thought with the limited they would go all out, but oh well.
We have a 2019 450 limited with Kelderman air front and back (so I really shouldn’t be complaining - can’t say enough how wonderful that is). Does anyone know anything about this? Is it just different foam? Is there somehow 1” of suspension or anything? Can we alter the right side to match the left?
Researching this I’ve found 1” adapter plates that fit between seat bottom bolts and floor but couldn’t quite confirm 100% that they would work on an F-450. Anyone have any info on that either?

Can’t answer your questions, but I would think the seat material would be the same for both the driver and passenger side.
Maybe it’s just how you sit. For example, I rarely am a passenger and am used to leaning slightly to my right resting my right arm on the center console when driving.
When I am occasionally a passenger, the “space” is different because I can’t really rest against the door, and I’m not used to leaning/resting in my left, so I end up feeling less comfortable on the passenger side.
Maybe visit a custom auto shop to see if they have modification suggestions.

I'm with seville009. How you sit in the driver's seat is different. To add to what seville009 wrote, your hand or hands are on the steering wheel, taking some of the weight off the seat. In my wife's 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport I'm far more comfortable in the driver seat than another seat in the car. That's not a reflection of my wife's driving.
It has been suggested here on the forum that the massage feature makes the seat stiffer. I gave my wife the option of getting the massage seats, but she declined. While a massaging seat would be nice at times, if the seat is stiffer because of that feature then I'm glad I didn't get it.
