I just pick up a used c-6 trans Just to see if it was good or not I went ahead an put it in the truck . But this is my question to you all. Good are ban, torque is in all the way, linkage is moving like it should, trans fluid is new an full . This is the thing I shift it in to gear I get absolutely nothing in any of the gears. Do i pull the valve body off an go through it ? Or do I just take it to the shop let someone deal with it.

What vehicle/year did the C6 come from? What did you install it in?
You put it in the truck to see if it was good. Looks like you got your answer.
To go through the trans, it needs to come out of the vehicle and be taken apart. If you have not rebuilt an automatic before, but want a new hobby, you can attempt it.
Otherwise, as automatics go, a C6 usually does not cost a lot to rebuild, especially a carry-in. But it's easy to damage them reinstalling, so consider that as well.
