This is not a 1 ton (F350), it's a 3/4 ton (F250) because it has 8 lug wheels. F350's have 6 lug wheels.
Check listings in your area or as close as you can find, prices really vary by area. It looks pretty rust free which makes it worth more than average in my mind.
You can find the vin on the passenger side chassis on top by front wheel. Title could be misprint or error. I have a 1983 vw with a 1972 title. Neighbor had jeep with wrong year. Lots of funny stuff goes on. My 59 f350 has vin on back of glove box door. .numbers on chassis matches but I could put the f600 glove box door on and confuse everyone.
