FordPass Update
Some of these Ford Pass features must be for the newest F150 because I have the app via iOS and my tire pressures have never been pictured on the app but then again, I do have a 2016 F150.
Vehicle Details give the tire pressure for...
When opening the FordPass app on my Android phone I see the Start/unlock/lock near the top, then VEHICLE DETAILS under that. If I select that I can see the tire pressures and have some additional choices including some diagnostics. I am using there latest Android app and my truck is a 2019. I never had the previous version of the app, so maybe it is an update, or as you said, maybe it's for the latest version of SYNC 3. I did update the SYNC 3 to the latest version with a USB stick a couple of weeks ago when I bought this truck.
Maybe see if there is an update for the app in the App Store (?) You can check the SYNC 3 version on the Ford site.
My 2017 doesn't show individual tire pressures either, it just says that it is monitoring them.
2 years ago when I first installed the Ford App on my Android, it showed the current fuel level, but nothing else. That fuel level stayed the SAME for 6 months, then it disappeared. Other than reminders about Recalls, and a list of dealer visits, it really is useless on lower trim levels. It may work better on Lariats and Above, but for me not so much.
Does anybody know why it wants access to the phones location ? I ask this because my location services are normally OFF. I only turn it on if I need to use MAPS and that is all.

Plus, based on location, there are services available...such as finding restaurants, dealers, food, parking, etc.
It can also be used to summon roadside assistance...so your location would be very useful.
I just used the Fordpass app to find fuel prices near me, it works like Gas Buddy..
Originally, the app was to remain free for 4 years, however I have heard that it will remain free indefinitely...but I can't confirm that.
Update the SYNC App?
IF you have a SYNC 3, you should be able to use this update. If not I got nothing for you but you might check to see if there is an update for the version you have. No guarantee it's the fix, but it just might be. Everything is code now days! (Perhaps even mysterious oil consumption!)

By the way I have an XLT, so you don't need a Lariat or King Ranch to get this functionality. (Tire pressures) The download could change anything in the SYNC and may be needed for the latest App versions to work.
Hope this helps.

"Software update SYNC3 v3.3 is available!" it says, and if you haven't downloaded it recently you don't have it.
Since I am thinking we all can see individual tire pressures on the dash, if that's the case, this would be something that levels the "features" in SYNC 3 systems. If you never saw individual pressures this may not help. Bring 'em back if you had then lost them? I'd think that's almost a slam dunk.

I’m thinking all of these extra features that are shown via the FordPass app are for owners who can actually update to SYNC 3.3 so that automatically eliminates 2016-2017 owners because 3.0 is the max update we’ll ever have.
Oh well, at least I get Fuel level, oil life, odometer, and other things such as ESP info, recall, and ESP repairs

It says no update (see screen print below). What is the build number of your sync software ? I have build # 18093. Also what year is your XLT ?

My SYNC 3 build is 19052, my XLT is a 2019. I know there are 4 versions of SYNC out there, and apparently Sync 3 first was installed in the 2017 models. I think not all 2017's had the "3", is it possible that your unit isn't a "3"?
OK yours is a MY2019, yes mine is a MY2018, but it was probably on of the first 50 or so off the line in Dearborn and could have an older version of Sync. I just did a update to sync back in July. All went well but I have never gotten it (last 3 updates) to confirm the installation as FordPass wants a confirmation file from the installation USB. It never gets created. Maybe this is the reason why.
