I have a 94 E150 heating problems
I have recently just changes my thermostat in an effort to fix the heating problems with no positive results. When driving I put the heater on it work for maybe 1 minute then went back to cold and never heated back up. Once I got to my destination I notice coolant leaking from the backside of the block I'm thinking it's a bad freeze plug. But haven't fully located it. I'm fairly new to working on my own vehicles any help in the right direction would be appreciated thank.

I'm assuming that you checked the fluid level in the car and that it is ok - maybe the blend door is broken and not functioning right - could be the door itself or the actuator that opens and closes the blend door - when you put on the heat the blend door should allow hot air from the heater core flow into the cabin - if this door doesn't work right you won't get any heat - the leaking fluid may be a different issue

If you were getting heat and then you did not, my first thought is that the coolant connection to the heater core is broken.
I doubt your block is leaking coolant. I bet you a heater hose going to the heater core has blown or the heater core itself has blown.
