A few months back i picked up a 2019 KR 6.5" FX4 in stone gray. Ive been scouring the net unable to find many of them and none with lifts, wheels, tires etc. I had to get the chrome package with the monochromatic paint, so im thinking i am going to stick with chrome wheels. Where I am undecided however, is how much lift, 6" or 4" to run 35s or something else to run 33s. Seen plenty of F150s on the road running lifts, tires etc. but can never get close to them to see what they are running.
Help me out and post up some pics and details on what youre running!

Yes and no. I know for anything more than a level it will need the cross member cut out. Am i concerned about the warranty? yes. does that mean I wont lift the truck? no.
Most lift kits only require a mounting tab to be cut of the right side of the front crossmember. Still, it makes it very difficult and impractical to return to stock.
I have 34.5” (3-5/70/17) tires on OEM Raptor wheels on mine. Most 35s are actually 34.5”. I have a 2.25” leveling kit on the front. The rear has not been altered.
My dad has a level on his new F150 with i believe 33s. Im going up to visit in a couple weeks so ill take a look at his then. Im trying to decide between 4 and 6 lift so i can run 35s on after market wheels. Need to find a shop that has different wheels to go look at and get an idea of what i want to run, so i would know what size lift is needed. Just hoping there were some members that had the same color truck already done to give me some ideas.
To run 33s, you don't need a lift or level. I have a 17 Lariat 6.5' FX4 with a 1" front level and am running 33s (275/60R20). The level wasn't required, I just wanted to remove some of the rake.
I've read on forums that you can actually go 34s (275/65R20) without a lift or level....as long as they are factory wheels or aftermarket with the same backspacing. Hope that helps.
Definitely don't need a 6" lift to run 35's...I'm pretty sure there are guys on F150forums.com that are running 35's with just a front level, on factory wheels even.
Gashog here has 35s with just a level. JK's truck has the same size tire with a level (most 35's are 34.5). It really depends on the look you're going after. Personally my favorite is 35's with a 6" lift. You can dial in any combo of wheel/tire/lift here and see real world results:
I'm not a fan of black wheels but they are the nicest looking wheel against that shade of grey.
My local dealer had one for a spell that was sent out for a lift and tire combo and it was pretty sharp looking.
I'm not a fan of them either, so I put them on my truck I saw a set that had glossy black and chrome millings...thought they looked pretty nice. They need chrome or millings to make them pop IMO...but that's just me.
Thanks guys. Ive looked around on custom wheel offset, and while its nice to see what a truck may or may not look like, I am more so looking for guys with a stone gray that have lifted or leveled their trucks so i can get a better idea of what i may do. I had to get the chrome package to get my KR in stone gray, so I am going to stick with either chrome or polished wheels, otherwise the only black on the truck would be the wheels.
As far as no lift for 35s, from what ive been able to find, if i go with any decent back space or negative offset on the wheels, i will need at minimum 4". I definitely dont want the whole wheel outside the wheels, but i like a little tire poke.
