Long story short, I messed with forscan a few months ago and there was a setting for traction control that left the toggle button inoperable. I tried finding it today on the spreadsheet but it has been updated and I cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated. I have a 2016 f150 xlt.

Only thing I can find in the sheet is Under the IPC tab for advance trac. I believe the register is 720-01-01 XX*X XXXX XXXX Where star is your variable.

Did you backup as-builts prior to modifying?
I did a backup but it only worked for the bcm. I wasnt aware that you have to make a backup for every tab.
In reality one should make a backup prior to any change to any module. Since some of the changes in Forscan require a value offset (ie subtract from or add to), a before and after picture of the value is required.
Not to beat a dead horse, but the best practice is to make a copy before each change. Then if you screw up in some way, you can always go back to what it was just before that change. Hopefully, you have a copy of the original before you started using ForScan, then you can go back to the beginning and try again?
Forscan newbie... can I download the file from the site and will Forscan read it?
Do you mean the .abt files? Are you just trying to look at it or upload via FORScan? The As Builts from the ford site can be uploaded directly with FORScan to vehicle.
Additionally, you can open those files with notepad to see what the registers look like. This is from my BCM original .apt file, opened with notepad. There is no encryption, everything is in plain text.
2019 F150 outside temperature briefly flashes 50° then goes to --. Trying to figure out if it's something I can fix with Forscan or if it needs a visit to the stealership. On a side note, it happened after I installed a factory trailer bake controller, and enabled it with Forscan. Not sure one has to do with the other. I did see the outside temp thing and it was disabled, so I enabled it, but nothing. Well at least it still runs.

I did a quick search of the spreadsheet and found 2 registers that relate to OAT:
In APIM:
In IPC:
Not sure if this helps but could be somewhere to look
