Alternator troubles

Got back after 4 hour ride today, leaving out Again and my battery light comes on I realize my alternator is not charging I check wires, do volt test only 11 volts I looked on back of alternator and that hot wire is fried I touched it back to the fried terminal and it cooks it more like welder ????? I need my truck right now now

The lil green wire is fried too
and I have continuity fro the large red lead to ground
