1973 F-250 2WD 133WB. Looking for Left and Right parking brake cables. From what I can tell, I have HD brakes but how do I confirm?
Here is a photo of the setup on the vehicle and the parts catalog, which appear to be the same. IF I do have HD brakes I believe the part numbers are D3TZ-2A635-H (RH) AND D3TZ-2A635-G (LH).
Does anyone have a good source for the cables? Green Sales, Rock Auto, Dennis Carpenter and C&G do not have them.

1973 F-250 2WD 133" WB. Looking for Left and Right parking brake cables. I have 12" x 2 1/2" HD rear drum brakes.
All 1973/79 F250 Camper Specials and 1973/76 F250 2WD's with dual piston caliper front disc brakes have 12" x 2 1/2" rear drum brakes, as do all other 1977/79 F250 2WD's.
1973/76 F250 2WD's with single piston caliper front disc brakes have 12 1/8" x 2" rear drum brakes.

D3TZ-2A635-H .. Right Rear Parking Brake Cable - 73 13/32" long / Obsolete
KAMA OBSOLETE PARTS in East Bethel MN has 1 = 763-434-0123.

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any NOS .. None of either side listed on ebay.
Call Green Sales (800-543-4959) and ask them, they have parking brake cables made and they used to have both of these.
Demand probably dropped off, so they stopped making them.
Thanks for posting this, it reminded me that I need to source a replacement parking brake cable for my 1979 4WD F150, regular cab, long bed, left side, rear.
I measured my old, 1979 original cable, it is 66" end to end. Could the numbers experts confirm my assumption that 3TZ 2A635-A is the correct cable for my application? I'm guessing that mine stretched 1/4" over 40 years of use. Thanks!

It does have dual piston front disc brakes and I believe it to be a camper special.
I called Green Sales and they sounded like I was nuts when I asked if they could make the cables.
If you or anyone else has any other ideas/suggestion please let me know.

Make sure to remove and measure them before buying anything, i got mine thru rockauto matched up nicely, I should add, that spring was impossible to find, i ended up using one from a Mustang that was similar in length and build..
