I have a 2003 E-350 7.3 L. I'm love to get my hands on 3D modeling templates for it. I'm also looking for build diagrams. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be very much appreciated.

Not sure anything in a 3D or CAD/CAM file exists but I've never dug that far into such things.
What part(s) are you looking to model in 3D? What's the end goal---a new product or sumpin'?
For now, I'm just looking to model the interior space so I can get an idea of the layout for a camper conversion. And, thanks to your help, I've already got a great head start.
As most journeys go these days, I began on YouTube with this video on how to use Google SketchUp to create a 3D Model:
Then, I took some detailed measurements of my van.
Rear
Floor
Ceiling
After that, I spent entirely too much time rendering a model that I was satisfied with. Big learning curve, but I've been meaning to learn more about 3D modeling for other applications. This is a great starting point. Anyway, I have a reasonably accurate model of my van's cargo space which will allow me to mess around with the layout. I'm moving in a couple months, and I'm resisting the temptation to tear everything out of my van and dive in. At least this will give me a better idea of how everything is going to fit, and hopefully it will make things more efficient when the time comes to really get this project started.
