No radio/backup camera

No radio/backup camera
I recently went away for a couple weeks and when I got back the radio in my truck didn’t turn on or do anything and I lost power to the two USB ports below it. I already unhooked the battery and held the power skip forward button on the radio and checked the two fuses I thought it could have been is there anything else I could do to try and reset it cause most dealers are a couple weeks out on appointments and hoping to get it fixed before then
