03 explorer road noise

03 explorer road noise
hello i recently changed the following rear outer tie rod,front upper ball joints, front sway bar links
and im now having this weird road noise sounds like wheel bearings but mechanic said no hes not sure sounds kinda like it;s coming from the rear but not sure and also when ever i hit a little hole with the rear passenger side the whole rear hits hard and feels like it kinda jumps to the right or left.
does any one know what it may be any suggestions would be appreciated thanks

If you didn’t have those issues before the changes you listed, I’d suspect the stuff that was changed. If the mechanic screwed something up, he might not be willing to admit it.
Might have to take it to another mechanic and pay them to give the work a good look over
