Today’s little project. Some of the newer Ford trucks have lockable boxes under the rear seat, mine being one of them. My first thought when I saw them was, I can fit a rifle in there! 😎 So I basically did just that!
I started with foam I ordered from Carolina Foam. Cut it to fit the boxes and the traced out what I wanted to put in there. Cut that all out and installed them.
Overall I am thrilled with how they turned out. I will not be leaving the firearms in there unless I am!
Couple things I'd do different is have the magazines on the same side of the truck as the rifle and turn the pea shooter 180° so it's pointing away from you when you pull it out.
Ewwww, guns!!! How do you even feel safe driving around like that??!! Don't you know how heavy that .50 caliber assault weapon is?
LOL, I am kidding of course. That is absolutely bad azz. I am a little jealous! My 9mm is holstered between my driver's seat and the center seat while my AR just travels in the back or the front passenger seat depending on where I am at the time.
Absolutely funny AND absolutely scary....good grief LOL
As soon as I saw your response, I knew I had to find this video. When I first saw it, I could not believe that someone in public office would go on public TV, not learn about the subject matter/terms and make themselves look like a total @ss. Keeping politics out of it, they do that all the time. I have no idea how those law enforcement officials kept a straight face during that or even kept standing behind that goof. I would have walked off...

I thought of moving the mags to the rifle side and making slots for pistol mags on the M&P side. Of course after I did it all. The top pieces I could easily re-do now. I never thought of the pistol orientation but you bring up a good point!
