Bed Rail Replacement - Alignment/ Measurement Help

I have removed my 8ft bed and cut and ground off the 4 middle support rails - as the front and rear main supports were good.

Purchased some aftermarket rails and can't figure out a good way to align the rails before welding up.

First I can't exactly figure out the correct OEM height of the rails across the bed?

Does anyone have measurements on the bed rails from the front to the back?
Height and Length or each Rail?
And spacing from Rail to Rail?

meaning is the first one at the front of the bed
> 3.5 inches height and 6' across
> Second one at 3" height x 2.5" wide and 20 inches down from mounting hole to mounting hole.
> Etc

Any ideas on how do I make sure the rails and holes align to the frame correctly.

Thought it would be easy to match up after removal but after grinding and primer I should have double measured before removing.....

Thanks
