You know, I am retired. As a Mission of Mercy, if I had a car trailer and an economical towing vehicle, I would deliver rust-free vehicles to our rust-belt bretheren. It just kills me to see what many, out of truck-lust and desperation, are forced ( so they think) to buy. Just say no . . .
Tons of similar low/no rust vehicles are available , which would put people years and dollars ahead. A little footwork, a co-operative fellow FTE’er to scope out a potential vehicle to start, may be all it takes.

News flash, Ford doesn't build them anymore. "WE" do.

They laughed at me when I said I was going to paint my 65 Ranger F250 Chrome Yellow and Pure White. I think it would be stunning.

They are the folks on this site. looked at the Chrome yellow as more contrasting. My 66 in Rangoon red ( more brick red/orange) is to me more stand out than say blue or brown and that was my thinking. Chrome Yellow is Fords longest running color started in 60 or 61 from what I can find and they are still using it.
