Brake question

I recently was replacing the drum brakes on my 74 250 and when I went to remove the brake line I noticed there was no fluid going to it or the other rear wheel, there is fluid in the reservoir and I pumped the brakes but nothing came out of the lines, any suggestions, thanks in advance

Well, when you go to bleed them, you most certainly find out if you have good flow. I can also tell ya, that when you start removing lines from the prop valve, its difficult to get the flares re-seated without a seep or leak developing, 40+ years of sitting in the same spot and then being removed becomes a problem.

Crack the line on the front chamber of reservoir of master cylinder an see if the fluid comes out there if so , then work your way to proportional valve , you could try re-centering with the needle on the proportional valve and then try bleeding , its unusual to have to recenter but if it had a leak in past the valve could have set so the truck would have some brakes still on the front , thats when it needs to be re-centered to work correctly again if in fact it has not failed

Soft lines can swell and stop fluid flow too.

What they said. It could even be all the way up at the master cylinder, so you need to start working your way up the line until you see fluid.
If the rubber lines are old, you should replace them even if they look fine. After all this time, they "shouldn't" look fine anymore, but I've seen some pretty good looking originals that were deteriorated inside, so outward looks are not the only deciding factor.
