Strange electrical issue

So I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I've been sitting in my truck all night at a job site. Truck is off, keys were in the ignition. Only things plugged into the front power outlets are the cb and my phone charger. The weird thing is the ac control backlit lights will turn on then off real quick. I dont think they should do that. Also I've noticed that some times the cigarette plugs stay powered up and sometimes they are not. Do I have a gremlin in my system or is any of this normal?

Certain things stay on for a while, if you move, the truck knows your there. I wouldn’t worry about it unless you end up with symptoms like dead battery no start. The power ports stay live for 2 hours to charge the phone. I know know what circuit is powering the CB, but that should time out as well.

Ok makes sense. I forgot about the sensors for the "alarm".
