Headlight relay question

Sorry but I have a dumb question. I’m about to install headlight relays and h4 reflectors. Where can I ground the relays? I notice there are ground on each side right near the side markers. Can I add my relay grounds there? Also, for the relay + should I connect thrn both straight to the battery or solenoid?

Once i I get the rear lights up to par it’ll be on to Leds on the outside.

The ground can be hooked to anything metal that is scraped clean of paint and rust. The + can hook straight to the battery WITH A FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER AT THE BATTERY.
