Excursion Nose Conversion 2011-2016

I'm in the process of converting the nose of my 2004 X to the 2011-2016 Super Duty sheet metal. My question is, for those that have done this what did you do to tie the front fenders in with the rear original X fenders? Ive seen molding and trim pieces on ones that have been done already but i haven't been able to find a source. Pics/links would be appreciated. Thanks to All!

A truely complete conversion would use the bedside sheet metal from a pickup to replace the rear wheelwells for a perfect match. But on most conversions the wheelwells are either left mismatched or mouldings or flares are used to cover the factory wells and give them a close-ish look.
Be sure to post up some progress and completed pictures!
