Fuse #22 feeds the Central Junction Box ..Lower LH side of Dash ...
That Feeds fuse 13, 15, 1, 12, 3, 4, and fuse 14 <<=== pulling those fuses is the same as pulling Fuse 22 in the engine compartment fuse box.
Well I made progress. I pulled those fuses one at a time. Number four made a big difference. It is for the glove compartment light, map lights, and power mirrors, and under-hood light. So I left the fuse out until I can figure that part out. It is down to 0.092 on the amp scale. I will use a battery tender if I am going to let it sit. I still have to figure out the vacuum leak. But that can wait too. My wife may be getting sick. I really hope not, but she works in an assisted living with a lot of confirmed cases. I am not sure what is about to happen here.
This has been a struggle. I sincerely appreciate the help from all of you.
FWIW I had an '84 Pontiac Parisenne that suddenly started killing the battery overnight during the last winter I owned it. Tried everything in the parasitic draw test diagnosis but struggled to know what was causing the drain. Turns out there was a 1156 bulb in the truck area whose switch had failed in the on position. It was drawing just over 1 full amp---removed the bulb and all was good from then on.
BTW here's another great way to diagnose and find a parasitic draw---well worth watching:
