Help me solve ride height issue
the truck was purchased as a work truck. Plan was to remove bed have flat bed dove tail built. I am a lawn care landscape business owner. I had the bed built by local shop. Long story short he did not know what he was doing (aka drug issue) and now the bed rides to low and he closed his shop.
I am planning to have bed rebuilt but I’m out $4k and the bed is needing to be used till I can save money to rebuild.
The bandaid solution I’m coming up with is 3” body lift on the rear and leveling kit in the front.
Being that it’s 2wd seems option are limited, as rough country and skyjacker would eve n let me select 2wd.
So is this a good bandaid till I can have bed fixed?
Attached pics of tire clearance.
fyi newer bilstein shocks and tires prior to build.
i also went to autozone and bought $60 leaf spring assists. Going install spring assist today. Waiting for delivery of blocks.
Found some good info on the forum that led me in right direction.
thanks for the input
