74 highboy replacement panel
I am having a hard time finding a bed in my area that is better than the one I currently have. The main issue with mine is a previous owner smashed in the center stake pockets and also the top of the wheel well so he could install propane tanks on both sides. I can get replacement inner bed side panels from LMC but I have never replaced one before. Does anyone have any experience at this? If so is it quite a bit to tackle?

So the mounting holes in the bed are in a different location.

Not sure about replacing the entire upper portion above the dent but the wheel wheels are fairly simple it's just a time consuming process to get the edges feathered with body filler. Here's mine I just did this summer

So the part that I need to replace is on the inside of the bed not the outside. LMC sells an entire inside side panel that has the stake pocket and wheel well full length. I will not need to replace the exterior panel.
