1975 4x4 hubs

Scattered a hub last year in my plow truck (F250, with a Dana 44 I think). I was looking for replacements last night but it appears none of them come with the hub housing (it scattered too). Anyone have a part number for the hub housing? You know the part that bolts to the rotor and the locking hub goes into?

1975 F250 4WD would have front drum brakes. 1976 was the first year for front disc brakes with 4WD

ND, you’re right as always. Yes they are drums, rotor was a slip. I am looking for the part number for the hub housing for the front drums.

thanks

Ford sold the drum and hub as a one piece assembly, so there's no part number for just the hub.

C9TZ-1102-A .. Hub & Drum Assy / Obsolete

1969/75 F250 4WD with Dana 44 and 3,300 lbs. axle capacity.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 1 = 800-543-4959.
------------------------------------------------------------------
C9TZ-1102-C .. Hub & Drum Assy / Obsolete

1969/75 F250 4WD with 3,500 lbs. axle capacity.

No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any, none on ebay.

If you post a pic of your good hub I can see if I have one still. I know I have one entire assembly, from the spindle out. Just need to know if yours is a 44HD axle.

Hub I have

I believe that's the lighter GVW axle, I don't recall the HD hub being sculpted it just smooth . look at your door tag, if it says 260 that's the light GVW, I think 270 had the HD axle.

that happens a lot.

We'll see if someone knows for sure but I bet you have the standard 260 axle.

Check the frame vin... the door could've been swapped and they didn't keep the old warranty tag. I don't recall 8lugs on a 1/2 ton. Oh could be an axle swap too, see if the tag is still on it?

Definitely doesn't LOOK like the 44HD but hey I'm no expert lol

Check out Bronco Graveyard. You might be able to make these work since your front end seems to be frankentrucked.
