New user....one post.....suspicious link.

I’d suggest people not click it in case it’s a virus type link

It is best to avoid suspicious links, but this actually goes to a new Ford site, its on the ford domain. I am a Ford employee and working with my team to better understand how we can provide self-help material to customers.

The site is pretty bare currently, with just a searchbar and the normal header, but it will be changing frequently as we learn from he people using the site

Ford used to have employees participate in the forum; “Crystal” was one of the employees. Ford stopped doing that; they should start it back up as members really benefited from that assistance. Makes more sense than starting a new site

I appreciate that feedback and will bring it to my team! Ford is pretty huge, but I'll see if we can track down the team responsible for Crystal being involved in the Forums.

I too think that Crystal contributed greatly.

Bring back the capability to get your window sticker too.

Yes. This exactly. We used to be able to pull a window sticker for a truck as much as 10 years old with the VIN from the Ford website. That was shut down a couple years back, now we can only get them when the vehicle is listed for sale at a Ford dealer.

Are you here with Ford's blessing or are you here on your own? It's not really an issue for FTE, just curious.
