Please help me out
A 2011 ford E150 don't go over 40 mph
I contacted a mechanic and checked for compression and found that the engine did not have enough compression
Scanner showes several misfires
So I took this mechanic's opinion and contacted a different person to have my engine rebuild
This mechanic didn't have to rebuild the engine and was able to fix the issue but still charge for engine rebuilt
So now my issue is that the van hesitate a little at iddle and at 40 mph
I have replaced several parts myself
Replaced battery
Replaced all spark plugs
Cleaned fuel injectors
Replaced all 4 oxygen sensor
Cleaned throttle body
Still same issue
Please help.
You post no usable information here. What DTC's were discovered by this scan? What compression numbers were obtained--did they do both a wet and dry compression test? Instead of the proposed engine rebuild what work was performed in place of that procedure?
What brand spark plugs were used? COP's all working properly? Has the fuel pressure been checked? Have the catalytic converters been tested for proper flow through them?
