Just washed the truck tonight, went for a drive, first turn to the left and two drops of water hit me................cab clearance light gaskets leaking?

Yes most likely. That and moon roof if you have one. Take it to dealer and have it looked at. I think there was a TSB for the cab lights. Someone who knows more might be able to help.
I had this issue show up a couple months ago. 17, 250 Lariet. Took it to the stealer and they ordered the lights and replaced them n/c. Apparently it was an issue.
Keep in mind that any holes in the roof, etc., like the clearance lights will need periodic inspection and/or resealing. For the 3rd brake light on an old GMC truck I have even made a rubber gasket out of a dirtbike innertube.
Used to be a sunroof fanatic until the new style drains made me change my mind on having a sunroof. Had an old Honda Prelude that I used for a daily beater, and its sunroof drains were continuous metal tubes from the sunroof corners to under (below) the floorpans. I could chase them with a flexible copper wire (like one from some Romex) to clear them of any accumulated dirt/silt/gunk.
Newer style drains use plastic tubing and connectors that can come off, causing massive headliner damage and leaks. Enough of a PITA that I stopped wanting one. YMMV.
