A quick question for you all I have a complete 4wd chassis, engine and gearbox for a 1988 ford ranger at least I think its for a ford ranger Im looking for any information on either what bodies will fit it either bronco or ranger and does anyone know if you can fit the bed of earlier rangers to a 4wd chassis I dont mind if I have to do a little modding to the bodies its a project truck anyway any help / info would be greatly appreciated
got an update on the chassis after a little digging its a 1988 ford bronco II lx chassis. I plan to put a 1984 ranger body on it, the engine is a 2.9l efi linked to a 5 speed manual box with 4wd the only thing I can see being an issue is that the wiring harness is a lot different
any ideas on where I can find another harness other than spending two days removing one at a scrap yard??????? I will only need the engine compartment wiring I think as most of the existing wiring is the same between the two.
