I'm not an expert on the 6.7 by any means... and I don't own one. I have driven several different 6.7's at work for several thousand miles though. Nothing in that video sounded like self destruction in progress to me. You might check on YouTube for any under the hood videos of the 6.7 for comparison.
Another option is to head to a car lot and ask to test drive or just listen to another 6.7 for comparison, my guess is that you will here a very similar engine noise. Good luck!
