TS 6 position chip reburn

Hi guys and gals. I have a California 2001 Ford excursion with the 7.3 diesel 2wd. It is stock except for the TS chip i installed in 10/2017. The truck runs great except for the soft code P0380 which i get. I've checked all the things to check and found that it might be the TS chip that might not be burned to California emissions. Can anybody re-burn the chip for me? It did pass smog 2 months ago without issues.

There's no legal tunes for California trucks except Banks, and he won't burn it. Soft codes don't matter as far as I know, and you passed smog so I would leave it alone.
