If you have the full replacement pieces like in this pic from DC site, then you need to drill out the spot welds that attach the rusty one to your cab, then drill holes in those corresponding flanges of your new ones and put in place and plug weld the holes welding the new mount to your floor pan. If instead you have the slip-on repair panels that are just a temporary stop-gap (in my opinion), they just slip over your existing mounts (must remove bolts and jack up cab for clearance) and often times just get screwed in place with sheet metal screws.

Without knowing what you have to work with as far as shop space and equipment. Replacing the cab mounts with the original type will require you to have at least a small MIG welder, a good hand drill with some spot weld cutters and a good grinder and some way to lift the cab. In order to gain access to them you will have to at the very least remove the entire front clip. The best and easiest way to replace them is to remove the cab and set it on it's back like in this picture. If you don't have the resources right now to use the original type the slip on may be your best option. The slip on type can be attached with bolts or sheet metal screws as a temporary fix until you can do a full replacement. The slip on's are cheap usually $25 or less each. Also keep in mind that if the cab mounts are going the floor pans probably are also. It can turn into a way bigger job than it appears to be.
