Transmission issues.
I have a 1997 F150 with a 4.6L V8 with the 5OD(I think). So the problem started while I was driving it back to my house, I noticed the clutch was giving me less and less resistance while I was shifting, I got back home and shut it off and went back an hour or so later to drive it and the clutch gave me zero resistance and It wouldnt move. It allows me to Shift it into any gear while the truck is running but it wont actually engage and move. Ive read it could be either a Stuck Throwout bearing or the clutch plate is worn or a few other things, I just wanted to get some more opinions on what it could be. Ive checked the fluid but I havent dropped the tranny yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have checked off all the possibilities.
It has to come apart anyway, then see the cause, no matter what it is.
The cylinder is the first thing to suspect if it bypasses the fluid, same as a Brake master cylinder acts.
