Front Wheel Well Liner Question

So the dealer finally managed to get me the correct set to install (original were two left hand liners with no hardware).

I’m about to install and I find there is already a fiber cloth type installed.

Do these go go over the top?

Here you go. Do not completely remove the two inner bolts on the factory mud flaps, you will have a devil of a time getting it lined up properly. You just want to loosen them enough to slip the plastic liner between the fiber liner and the mu flap.

I’m not sure I put the two clips (clips the two liners together) in the right spot, but it’s close enough.

The triangular indentation in the first photo is a factory bolt that must be completely removed, then reinstalled once the plastic liner is installed.

The outer edge of the plastic liner tucks above the plastic fender lip.

I wish the front liners went down far enough to cover the bumper brackets. Man does the mud pile up in there.
