Ok, yep, just need to put the camera on the back, and wire it into the existing connector. You can either get the camera from the Parts counter, or Nichols also sells it:
No idea which is cheaper, I put mine on my order so that I got the X-plan pricing on the option, and built it into our finance options.
One thing to note: The truck always reverts to the tailgate camera when it's put in reverse, not the trailer camera. When backing up the fiver, I put it in reverse, select the camera, and then pick the 'AUX' to see out the trailer's camera instead of staring at my front storage cubby on the fiver. I wish it was smarter to tell the difference when a trailer is connected, but after a few times it becomes almost muscle memory.
Let me say THANKS to every poster in this thread and I owe you a beer its it in the afternoon or a cup o joe if its in the morning if we ever meet.

Never hurts to pay it forward.
Backstory: MY application is on the back of the new slide-in truck camper I have on order. It will be pointing down in order to see to attach my 6x12 ft trailer. This is for our business, we travel about 25 weekends a year usually out from 4 days to a week. We did that for 6 years and then decided to buy a 5th wheel, but what has happened is my business has grown to the point I cannot carry enough inventory in the bed of the truck and on the 5th wheel and hauling HEAVY, very heavy so going back to my old business model of slide-in truck camper and pulling a trailer.
You guys seem to know your stuff so now that the op's question has been answered I thought I would jump in. This may seem like a stupid question but can the trailer tpms and camera be added on to a 2019 XL model and yes I do have the the 360 5 camera system. The reason I am asking is in the Ford Brochure it doesn't show it as an add on option for the xl, only xlt and higher. Thanks
Vehicle Notes: To add the Customer Placed Trailer Camera or TPMS kit to a vehicle as an accessory (post-delivery), the vehicle must be equipped with the Ultimate Trailer Tow Camera System (874). Custom Installed Accessory No Install time Provided.
