1994 7.3 idi electrical help

1994 7.3 idi electrical help
Alright really hoping someone can help me out.
I have a 1994 f250 7.3 idi and I'm having a problem when i turn on the headlights the blinker indicators come on and when i turn the ac fan on the blinker indicators come on not getting any sound out of the drivers speaker and when i hit the window switch the window will move maybe a quarter of an inch reverse lights wont come on and my instrument cluster back ground lights wont come on i have a cable that has four wires going in to a plug thats right in front of the seat belt warning thing not sure what it goes to ive checked all the grounds ive checked all the fuses and i just got done going through every harness making sure i didnt have a broke wire or something along them lines if anyone has any ideas ill take about anything right now im running out of ideas my self thank you

check your headlight Switch ,connector I had almost the same issue on a 93 with shorted wires on the headlight wiring harness a few years back, turned out my head light switch had shorted internally and caused the harness to fry.... I can't say for sure this is your issue BUT I have seen similar
