performance module

Hi there
I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about Racing-X performance module. I saw it on ebay under ford ranger and was wondering about it. They say that i will give you 10-15 more hp. Any thoughts on this?

From their eBay ad:

"The Racing-X Performance Module enhances the performance of your vehicle by receive/modify the signals from the IAT sensor or the MAF sensor.."

Sounds like the same old "try and fool the computer" trick to me.

If I were considering going that route, I would buy a chip from the guys at FTE, knowing that they are truthful, sell a good product and support their customers with good service. Hard to beat.
