Definetly looks like an airport tug. Here's a pic of a mobile home toter. The rear frame slides inside the front frame on rollers. 2 driveshafts. One short, the other long. Short to pull the mobile home, long when running empty so it has a better ride Yep it's a Stude, but they made them from Ford's too
