Hello everyone , just wondering if others are having trouble with Fordpass displaying their vehicles . I have tried signing out and back in . I have uninstalled it and installed it again . It shows my account , my Fordpass points and the app loads fine . I have tried it on both my phone and my wife's phone . It doesn't make any difference . I've had the truck about 2 months and it always showed my vehicles until about 2 weeks ago . I try to add a "new vehicle" with my VIN and it says it is already in my account . Fordpass tech support has not been able to help yet . Thanks for help . By the way I have the 2019 f350 cclb kr 6.7
I just tried logging into the owner.ford website to enter my service information and even though my browser has my user name and password saved the site would not allow me to log in. I got "invalid username or password". Went through the process of resetting my password and I get the same message "invalid username or password".
I have to assume they have some issues with a server(s) at the moment.
I'm having trouble too. Actually it's a new truck and still having difficulties getting is set up. I contacted the Ford pass customer service and my issue has been "elevated" meaning they can't figure out the issue. It's been a week now so we'll see. . .

I finally got mine working by uninstalling the app . Then I signed up for a new account using a different email . I was then able to enter my VIN and it popped up saying it was awaiting authorization from my primary email when I initially set it up . I logged into the original account and gave myself permission to use the new one . Logged back into the new and it works fine . Go figure .
Our truck does the same thing. I can't even see a remote start key on my app, no nothing. Brand new 2019 Ford F150 and the app is a piece of crap. I also am having to hardstart the computer screen and reset every time I get in the truck. Not even 20,0000 miles on this truck. Totally frustrated.

Ummmm, how is a 2019 F150 with almost 20K on the odometer a “Brand New” vehicle? 🤔
With that being said and with the issues that you said that you’re having, your vehicle is still under the 3/36K B to B warranty so just take it in to your local Ford dealer and have it fixed.
Also, check for updates for the SYNC 3 system on the Owner.Ford website and check for FordPass updates on your phone.
Full restart of phone is one thing I would do. Uninstall the application Ford Pass is another. then I would delete the vehicle, reboot, and try again. Also, if you have done any updates on the phone, you have to do updates to Fordpass. Don't leave Fordpass running forever without occasionally logging out and re logging in on your device. My 2017 Doesnt have all the features the new trucks have but I have found this has saved me some struggles. Further I would echo above, if your under warrenty, go to your servicing dealer and get them to help you!
