Parking light stopped working

Parking light stopped working
I have a 2010 Ford F-450, and the parking lights stopped working, I have cab lights on the roof, mirror lights, dash lights, turn signals, and brake lights, but no parking lights. I have checked all of the fuses in both fuse boxes, I hear the relays clicking when I turn the lights on, I get power in the violet/white at the gray 13 pin plug] n passenger kick panel when I turn the switch on. Also, I back-fed low voltage power from the taillight and the relay in the fuse panel clicked on and off. at this pint I'm at a loss can someone point me in the right direction?
