10 blade clearance issue
I just purchased a 64mm drop in 10 blade impeller from kc turbos and im having issues with it rubbing on the exhaust housing. anyone else ever have this problem? I've taken the turbo apart and reinstalled everything 3 times now with the same result. Ive compared measurement between the new 10 blade and the 13 blade I took out and everything should fit. Not sure what to do next and KC turbos is closed until Monday. hopefully someone can lead me in the right direction

yes and no. KC turbos sent me a second impeller and it still did not work but that was no fault of theres, I think there is something wrong with my turbo. I was lucky enough to find a good 2003 turbo for $200 and I rebuild it with the KC 360 kit and its working great. KC turbos customer service is hands down the best I've seen in any industry they went above and beyond to help.
