Trans and T-Case Identification

I have a 1978 F250 with a 351m, and I would like to know what trans and t-case are in it. I looked at the door sticker, but the places where the codes are stamped are blank.

Help, anyone?

The possibilities are:

Tranny: NP 435 or BW T19

Transfer Case: NP 203 or NP 205

There could be more depending on what the truck was used for, but I think the above were typical of the day.
