Sync issue

I have a 2015 ford f550 work truck and for some reason the sync wont see any of my mobile apps anymore. It works for the phone and text though. Any thoughts. Thanks

What phone and what apps? Have you restarted your phone lately? I don't think mine sees any apps at all. It'll play Pandora and send mapquest through the speakers but that's about it.

I’m guessing you have a USB cable plugged into the USB port and the mini USB plugged into the phone, when you plug the phone in does the battery in the phone begin to charge? You may have a bad mini USB connection or worse, the male side on the phone may be shot.

It sounds like it's freezing up just like my 2013, when it does it I just disconnect the battery and let it reboot when you reconnect it and it works until the next time. It's not always the same function when decides to stop.
