Pre-purchase questions

Hi I'm in the market for a 2017 6.2 and been looking since Nov! Found one out of state with a lift. Are there concerns I should be consider before purchase?

Post moved. This is the 6.2 engine forum. I see you have also asked this question in the 2017 SD forum. You may get more info there. For both posts, the more info you post about the truck you are considering, the better.

It would be nice to find one with 430 gears. Other than the gears just normal things like how it been maintained and cared for.

I personally wouldn't buy a used truck, especially one that new which I would expect remaining warranty support for, that has a lift or any other obvious mods.

If you're okay with that however, no reason to be concerned.
